Firearms Sales

All firearms are shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL) on your behalf. You may pick up your Firearm at such FFL only if you pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check conducted at the FFL at the time of pickup. The applicable FFL may charge you an additional transfer fee for their services. Due to shipping restrictions, Firearms cannot be returned to REVOLUTIONARY FIREARMS & SUPPLIES GUN SHOP. By ordering a Firearm, you certify you are the actual transferee/buyer of the Firearm, are of legal age, and satisfy all federal, state, and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase this Firearm.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a REVOLUTIONARY FIREARMS & SUPPLIES GUN SHOP product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, REVOLUTIONARY FIREARMS & SUPPLIES GUN SHOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Release of Customers Information for Warranty services and drop shipping

REVOLUTIONARY FIREARMS & SUPPLIES may send your information to OEM manufactures if warranty work or product replacement is needed. sgunshop.com may also have offsite distributors fulfill certain orders. In order to have 3rd party distributors fulfill orders, we may send them your name, address, the products that you ordered, and any other information needed so that they can ship you the products that you paid for.

DAMAGED ITEMS/ MISSING ITEMS/ PARTIAL ORDERS

If you receive a damaged shipment and/or your order is missing item(s), you need to contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will also need to keep ALL the packaging, invoices, and products and provide us with pictures upon request. Once all the information is relayed to us, we will reimburse you or send a replacement while we wait on the insurance funds from the carrier. If the above directions are not followed, then you will only be reimbursed when the carrier approves the insurance claim, and we are reimbursed.

We do not send partial shipments. If your order is missing an item, you need to follow the directions above ASAP. We can make exceptions for the 5-day rule under certain circumstances. However, no exceptions will be made if you cannot provide pictures of the packaging, invoice, and products received.

Right to Defend and Filter Reviews

RTB has had other companies leave inaccurate and negative reviews in order to tarnish our name and lift theirs. Due to this, we will inactivate a review that is suspected of inaccuracies, until we validate the truthfulness of the review.
